Consulting
During the consultation, professionals assess the individual's specific needs, discuss therapeutic options, and provide information on resources available for support and recovery. The primary goal is to build trust, ensure the survivor feels heard and understood, and create a tailored plan that addresses their unique journey toward healing and empowerment.
Coaching
Coaching provides clients with the blueprint for arriving at their destination: healing. In the grand scheme of things, building blocks—skillfully crafted training resources and exercises—set the course. To get squared away, a relationship and mutual agreement are established between the coach and the client. While the client is empowered to navigate the process, the coach helps the client discover their fortitude. As a result of forming this alliance, the client is graced with the power to be transformed.
